Our Certificates of Analysis (COA) are generated using proprietary methods developed for assessing purity and characterization. Typically, our standard COA includes data from techniques such as HPLC/GC, IR, MS, NMR, TGA and Potency, depending on the compound’s chemical properties. We reserve the right to change the types of tests performed depending on suitability of the compound and availability of the instrument or consumables necessary to perform such tests. Most of our compounds are stable, with a usual retest period of 26 months

Products are typically shipped at room temperature. If there are concerns about short-term stability under these conditions, CRS Laboratories will notify the customer and recommend a lower temperature shipment. Available options for temperature-controlled shipping (at an additional cost) include cool shipment (using ice packs and insulated packaging) or freezer temperature shipment (using dry-ice).

Shipments are currently processed via FedEx or similar courier, unless otherwise arranged. Upon arrival at customs, FedEx or the courier moving the shipment will contact you for clearance instructions. Please courier carriers offer customs clearance services for an additional fee, which will be billed to the consignee. If you wish to use your own customs broker, kindly provide their contact details so we can include them in the shipping documentation.

Shipment via airport or freight forwarder can also be offered for specific countries where there is a requirement for this type of service. Our company can provide shipment via American Airline, Delta Airlines or United usually with delivery in hours depending on the location and availability of these airlines to the requested airport. Please contact our quoting department should you need to utilize these services.

To ensure customer satisfaction, our Customer Service team is available to assist with any issues related to your order. Defective or non-conforming items will be replaced at no additional cost, or a credit may be issued upon receipt of the returned goods. Please note that all replacement or credit requests must be made within 30 days of receipt, and prior authorization from our Customer Service department is required. Additionally, the replacement or credit will not exceed the original purchase price of the material. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization, and CRS Laboratories is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

At CRS Laboratories, we are committed to the prompt completion and delivery of our products. We guarantee that each compound meets the specifications listed on its label and outlined in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) at the time of shipment. If a compound does not meet these specifications, CRS Laboratories will resolve the issue at no extra cost. If the issue cannot be rectified, a full credit memo will be issued after the return of the goods.

To maintain the integrity and stability of reference standards, store them according to the temperature specified on the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and the product label. Proper storage conditions are essential to ensure accuracy and reliability in analytical applications.

General Guidelines:

• Always refer to the CoA and product label for the recommended storage temperature.
• Store at the designated temperature immediately upon receipt.
• Avoid frequent temperature fluctuations by minimizing handling time outside of storage conditions.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, dry, and free from direct sunlight or extreme environmental conditions.

Note: Once we ship the vials, we no longer have control and therefore we can only give a limited guarantee for a short time, as exposure to environmental factors may affect their integrity.
